1st  Class breast star, 78mm in diameter, (SOLID SILVER, TESTED, NOT FOR ME) five point star, each with seven rays, the five points separated by five sets of four gilt rays, silver Polish eagle without crown riveted to red enamel disc at centre, pin-back reverse. Instituted in 1974 in five classes, this medal was awarded to foreigners for outstanding contributions of all types to Poland. Very Fine condition.
